Lawrence J. Wagner, P.E.,
Larry Wagner is Principal and President of Wagner Engineering
Associates, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in
Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, is a licensed Professional Engineer in 11 states and is an ADC Certified Diving
Supervisor. His career has encompassed over 20 years and a variety of civil engineering
disciplines including marine, structural, highway design, traffic
studies, and water resources, although the majority of his professional
career has been devoted to site design and development. Larry has
extensive experience in the design and management of commercial, retail
and municipal civil engineering projects.
Daniel N. Cocci, P.E.,
Dan Cocci has been working in site design and development for over
10 years. As a project manager and project engineer, he has worked
on the design of commercial and residential developments including feasibility studies,
septic system design, hydrology studies, roadway and parking lot design,
utility design, cost estimates and construction supervision. Dan holds a
B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Stephen M. Brewer, L.A.,
Steve Brewer is a Senior Project Manager for Wagner Engineering
Associates, Inc. He holds a B.L.A. in Landscape Architecture and B.F.A,
both from the Rhode Island School of Design and is a Registered Landscape
Architect. Steve has over 23 years of experience in land planning and
project management for a variety of site development projects, urban parks
and water transportation facilities. Steve has experience in both the
public and private sector, including various roles within a municipal
planning department and experience in large scale urban public works
with the Central Artery / Tunnel Project.
