Lawrence J. Wagner, P.E.,
Larry Wagner is Principal and President of Wagner Engineering Associates, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 15 states, is an ADC Certified Diving Supervisor and NHI certified team leader for bridge inspections (above and below water). His career has encompassed over 30 years and a variety of civil engineering disciplines including marine, structural, highway design, and water resources, although the majority of his professional career has been devoted to structural assessments of coast guard and naval waterfront facilities.
Stephen M. Brewer, L.A.,
Steve Brewer is a Senior Associate for Wagner Engineering Associates, Inc. He holds a B.L.A. in Landscape Architecture and B.F.A, both from the Rhode Island School of Design and is a Registered Landscape Architect. Steve has over 25 years of experience in planning and project management for a variety of projects including water transportation facilities and urban parks. Steve has experience in both the public and private sectors, including various roles within a municipal planning departments and experience in large scale urban public works with the Central Artery / Tunnel Project in Boston, MA.
Wagner Engineering Associates, Inc. was formed in 2003 by a group of dedicated professionals to
provide quality engineering services.
